      Approximately one hour west of Toronto, 45 minutes north of Hamilton and four hours NE of Windsor/Detroit, you will find the city of Guelph. Located in the region the New York Times calls "Canada's Technology Triangle", we are known for our high-caliber educational institutions and our innovative companies. State of the Art Facilities

      Officially opening its doors September 2007 the $144-million Science Complex is the largest integrated science teaching and research facility in North America. Housing 150 faculty, 4500 students this cutting edge facility centralizes physical, biological and computational sciences.

     The University of Guelph is one of Canada's most research intensive universities. In fact - for five years in a row - Guelph has ranked as the top comprehensive research university in Canada in a report published by the National Post. With approximately $145-million in annual funding from government and private enterprise, the work of our faculty and researchers translates into enhanced learning opportunities for our students.
