Objectives
A Tool and Die maker designs and fabricates the tooling, dies and moulds used in mass production. Learn the skills needed to build tools and machinery used in manufacturing industries. A solid mathematical and drafting base is developed, along with specific precision metal machining skills. Work on a variety of industrial equipment: state-of-the-art facilities are used for computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) and computer numerical control (CNC) programming.

Practical experience
Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on experience in producing parts of increasing complexity and accuracy in specialized projects. In your second year, you will develop focused skills relating to the tool and die maker field.
