More than 1 million people have taken the
HSK test in about 150 countries world-wide and the number is growing! Known as the “Mandarin Language Proficiency Test”,
HSK is the “ticket” to academic study in Chinese Universities and job markets in China for foreigners.
This course is designed to help students achieve higher scores on
HSK through intensive practice and training in exam-taking strategies. The course includes exam taking skills and strategies as well as general Chinese, including grammar, vocabulary, reading and listening comprehension. Diagnostic analysis and explanation through the practice of mock exams will form an integral part of the course.
Entry is by assessment to set requirements and learning objectives.
- Beginner level: For those who have received 100 - 800 hours instruction, which a good working knowledge of 300 – 1500 characters.
- Elementary / Intermediate level: for those who have received 400 – 2000 hours instruction, with a good working knowledge of 1200 – 3500 characters.
- Advanced level: for those who have received over 3000 hours instruction or above, with a very good working knowledge of 2500 -3000 characters.
Our HSK Preparation Program is run for 4 weeks/10 hrs per week. Evening, weekdays and weekend classes available. Course can be done in private or semi-private setting.
