The Food and Nutrition Management program offers a solid foundation in communications, client relations, nutrition science, food services management, and clinical approaches to nutrition. This knowledge is then applied in practical settings where students will become familiar with food service operations and clinical settings. Students will also learn the skills required to manage an operation and staff, including quality and cost control, purchasing and procurement, human resources, marketing and promotions, and food and occupational safety.
