The Education Assistant program trains students to help children and youth who require extra support, assist teachers in early childhood education settings, elementary and secondary schools, and help children and youth in the community. Through theory and practice, case studies, specialized training, and work experience practice, graduates will be well-prepared and equipped to enter the field of special education.
