Objectives
The Business Administration - Human Resources Diploma Program provides intensive and extensive labour-management studies and includes a four-month work placement in the sixth semester. It is designed to provide these career-motivated personnel the necessary training to meet the challenge of our complex industrial society. Students graduating from the three-year Business Administration-Human Resources Diploma Program are eligible (subject to some grade level requirements) to write the comprehensive national exams to obtain the Certified Human Resources Professional designation as granted by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
