* 33 required credits in Introductory Sociology, Statistics, Classical Social Theory, Research Methods, Contemporary Sociological and Cultural Theory, the Honours Seminar
* 3 required credits in introductory level Anthropology
* 18 elective credits in Sociology with a maximum of six credits at the introductory level
* 6 elective credits in Research Design and Analysis or Field Research
* 30 elective credits in any department
Specialization in Sociology: 60 credits
* 27 required credits in Introductory Sociology, Statistics, Classical Social Theory, Research Methods, Contemporary Sociological and Cultural Theory
* 3 required credits in introductory level Anthropology
* 6 elective credits in Research Design and Analysis or Field Research
* 24 elective credits in Sociology with a maximum of six credits at the introductory level, and a minimum of six credits at the advanced level
