MVMC-1031 - Drive Train Systems
This course will enable the students to gain an understanding of the purpose, construction and operating principles of clutches, manual transmissions, and drivelines as applied to the automotive industry. The student will also gain an understanding of the servicing and repair procedures of clutches, manual transmissions, and drivelines.
MVMC-1035 - Electrical, Electronics & Emissions
This course will enable the students to gain an understanding of the purpose, construction and operating principles of electrical fundamentals and components as applied to the automotive industry. The student will also gain an understanding of the purpose, construction and operating principles of fuel systems.
MVMC-3021 - Electrical/Electronic & Emission Systems
This course will enable the students to gain an understanding of electrical / electronic circuit fundamentals and applied test equipment as applied to the automotive industry. The student will also gain an understanding of engine management and operating principles of cranking systems, charging systems, ignition systems, fuel injection, diesel fuel, and emission control systems.
MVMC-3022 - Drive Trains
This course will enable the students to gain an understanding of the purpose, construction and operating principles of rear axle assemblies, and drivelines as applied to the automotive industry. The student will also gain an understanding of the servicing and repair procedures of rear axles and drivelines.
