Workplace Wellness and Health Promotion Ontario College Graduate Certificate
ObjectivesThis unique Graduate Certificate program focuses on the total well-being of individuals and groups within a corporate and community context. It emphasizes a holistic approach to achieving workplace, community, and personal wellness. Program planning, design and management, wellness marketing, nutrition, stress management, physical wellness, wellness coaching, psychosocial health, and health promotion theory and practice are key areas of focus. The program emphasizes best practices, evidence based programming and healthy organizational cultures. The program is designed for individuals from a variety of backgrounds. It delivers a well-rounded curriculum that promotes understanding and application of community health promotion, workplace wellness and personal well-being.
