Strategic Management Ontario College Graduate Certificate
ObjectivesStrategic Management is a program that is designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and competencies to enhance the managerial effectiveness of individuals across all industries who are in or who are aspiring to lower and middle management positions in their respective functional areas. The program is uniquely configured to provide graduates with a solid understanding of the macro environmental and industry-specific contexts in which strategic decisions are made and implemented. Students will also gain a perspective on the organizational architectures required for the effective execution of strategic decisions, the need for alignment of the policies and programs of all functional areas of the business, and the critical role which managerial leadership plays in the viability and growth of the business. Throughout the program, a strong emphasis is placed on relevance and application to the managerial challenges of the contemporary workplace and also on the current managerial practices of leading companies in the world.
