ObjectivesThe Pre-Technology program is designed as a transition year for high school graduates and mature students who wish to enhance their academic preparation prior to entering a college postsecondary techniques, technician or technology program. The program is linked closely to the student’s eventual program of study and emphasizes the basic academic and technical skills that are necessary for success in future studies. It provides an opportunity for career exploration and improvement of study skills to round out the student’s program of study.
