ObjectivesEnrol in the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Management program and prepare for a career in the world’s fastest growing industry, the hospitality industry. This two-year program will prepare you for an exciting career through extensive study in all phases of management, food service and related fields pertaining to the operation of hotels, resorts and restaurants. Emphasis is placed on industry-related skills in your first year of study, which are applied during your five-month paid summer placement at recognized hotels, resorts and restaurants. Your second year will focus on hospitality management principles.
Practical experienceThere are 800-1000 hours of paid job placement included in this program.
