Electrical Technician - Instrumentation and Control Ontario College Diploma
ObjectivesAs a student of the Electrical Technician program, you will learn the fundamentals of electrically based technologies. Electrical technicians may also assemble, install, and test and calibrate electrical testing equipment. This program will focus on the skills required to install and maintain current industrial, electrical and electronic systems, including programmable logic controls. You will develop troubleshooting and problem solving skills through theoretical and extensive hands-on training.
Practical experienceHands-on instruction in this course is 35 per cent to 45 per cent of class time.
