Developmental Services Worker Ontario College Diploma
ObjectivesThe Developmental Services Worker supports individuals who have a range of physical, mental or developmental abilities. The role of the graduate has expanded considerably in order to implement the concepts of inclusion to support individuals in the community. It is a challenging program which will provide great satisfaction to those committed to working with persons having a disability.
Practical experienceStudents can expect to do field placements with the five (5) major agencies in Thunder Bay, as well as with both Boards of Education.
