ObjectivesUnder the coaching and guidance of culinary award-winning chefs de cuisine and experienced hospitality professors, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in our $2.5 million Hospitality and Tourism Centre, which houses state-of-the-art classrooms, experimental and production kitchens and a dining room facility. Students will study advanced business and culinary administration skills required to maintain a leading edge in today’s worldwide culinary industry. Students will also benefit from Canadore College’s excellent network and long-standing relationships with leading hospitality employers across the country as they secure paid summer internships and full-time employment following graduation.

Second year students could spend one semester in Tobago as part of our student exchange with Trinidad Tobago Hospitality and Tourism institute.
Successful graduates of Canadore’s Culinary Administration may also choose to pursue their degree in Hospitality Administration with Southern New Hampshire University, located in Manchester, New Hampshire, USA, which offers graduates the opportunity to enter directly into the Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration and earn their degree in only one year. Southern New Hampshire University also offers students a nine-month paid work placement in the United States.
