Business Administration - Operations Management Ontario College Advanced Diploma
ObjectivesThe Operations Management program prepares students for a wide variety of career opportunities in the governmental, service and production segments of industry. It will appeal to those who wish to be in the forefront in developing and controlling a growing and dynamic Canadian industrial economy, and who find satisfaction in seeing things accomplished. Studies include planning and controlling production, inventory, quality, purchasing, costing, budgeting, facilities and supply chain management. Emphasis is placed on management level decision-making and problem solving utilizing just-in-time and lean strategies.
