Business Administration - Human Resources Ontario College Advanced Diploma
ObjectivesThe program develops skills in strategic planning, performance appraisals, health and safety, training and development, recruitment and placement, compensation management, HR planning and research, organizational change and consulting, and labour relations.
Practical experienceThird-year students complete a placement of two days/week for seven months (360 hours) in an HR department. The placements consist of comprehensive project-based assignments to gain experience to help launch their careers.
