Biotechnology Technologist Ontario College Advanced Diploma
ObjectivesThe program provides students with a solid foundation in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, cellular biology, microbiology, analytical chemistry, chromatography, spectroscopy, computers, communication skills and advanced laboratory skills relevant to the biotechnology industry. Students also develop a clear understanding of regulatory affairs and ethical implications of this industry and its influence on society.
Practical experienceA work placement program in third year allows you to work one day a week for a company while completing your studies at Durham College.
