This discipline allows students to focus either on large and internationally oriented businesses or upon small enterprises. The Major in Human Resource Management provides in‑depth knowledge in each of the major functional areas. Critical issues within this field include the recruitment and selection of employees, their training and development, and compensation and rewarding strategies.
