ObjectivesThe study of religion provides an opportunity to learn about the customs, views, social organizations, ideas, historical experiences and present‑day conditions of people around the globe, as well as right here in Quebec and Canada. By studying the world’s main religions, students discover how different groups of people have answered the questions that are most important to them and how they confront the challenges of contemporary life.
